How we typically work
Within structural investments, Katalysator is actively involved through board representation, as well as adding valuable resources to the management through strong financial and industrial expertise, with the focus of adding value as an owner.

What we look at
We actively screen investments with focus on the following sectors:
- Sports and leisure
- Healthcare products
- Media
- Retail

Typical investment criteria includes
- Katalysator is offered a position on the company’s board.
- Katalysator achieves a substantial ownership stake
..(at least negative control).
- Katalysator can add value as an owner, and play an active role in the
..company’s future development.
- More than NOK 100 million in annual revenues.
- Strong management, with co-ownership.
